Band T-Shirt Marketing

I helped an amateur band "Myon-Myon" to sell their logo T-shirts at the local spring festival. From the planning of the production process to the actual sales, I led a small team to sell the T-shirts within a limited time and a limited budget.

The purpose of this project was to raise category awareness and brand awareness of the product "Junshin Komeko," meaning, "Pure Rice Flour" in Tokyo area. The rice flour itself was somewhat new and unfamiliar category, so I took advantage of the local summer festival to let the audience try some snacks made with this rice flour. I also planned the commercial song and PR comedy performance to further establish the brand recognition.

 

As a marketing intern at the social enterprise Hearty Tails, my job was to establish the digital marketing channels and to set up the direct marketing process from setting SMART objectives to optimizing the production process, while closely working together with the executives.
